Allaso Ranch has air-conditioned cabins grouped into small “villages.” Each village includes one large cabin, two smaller cabins, and a shared fire pit with seating. The main cabin has four bunkrooms, and each bunkroom sleeps 12 campers, plus a trainer’s room.
Campers are assigned rooms based on gender, grade, church, and roommate requests. Each group has two trainers. You can request a roommate in your parent portal, but requests are not guaranteed. *Friend groups are created by one parent and others are invited in. A student cannot be in two friend groups.
Yes—campers have the chance to try all activities if they want. We encourage everyone to join in and try new things.
We do our best to meet basic dietary needs, including food allergies, vegetarian diets, and lactose intolerance. The camp is nut-free. Please list any dietary needs during registration or contact us ahead of time. In some cases, families may need to help plan meals or provide specific food items.
Items are returned to Fellowship Church Grapevine after camp and held for two weeks. Unclaimed items are donated to charity. Label everything with your camper's name to help ensure it comes home. Unlabeled items are often lost and may be donated.
For those students arriving by plane, please schedule their flights to arrive Tuesday, June 23 between mid-morning to 12:00 PM and depart on Friday, June 26 between 2:00–5:00 PM. For those who are driving we’ll send out a specific check-in time as we get closer to the event.
We offer shuttle service between the church and two airports. Our team members will be there to ensure a smooth journey for those campers traveling alone. DFW International AirportDallas Love Field (DAL)
Check with your airline on their specific requirements. If an adult name is needed on ticket information, we will provide you with the staff member's name and contact number closer to camp.
Our Grapevine Campus — where students depart for Allaso — is located approximately 10 minutes from DFW and 30 minutes from Dallas Love Field (DAL).
